I find it exceedingly weird that whomever created the above advertisement found it appropriate to use Lil Wayne’s mugshot.

I imagine it went down like this, “Let’s use a picture of someone famous, that is only related to our advertisement in a roundabout kind of way, so it will attract as many people as possible due to its correlation to pop culture and modern American society.”

The headline doesn’t really match the picture either – “FBI (IN NEED).” The ad makes it seem like the FBI is in need of more black males with dreadlocks and Face tattoos not potential students of law enforcement. A quick Google image search for “FBI training” or “law enforcement training” turned up thousands of pictures more appropriate to use.

Eh, it’s not my ad, I just had to “X” is out. I just thought it was strange.

I wonder what others think of this ad?
